Creating an effortless service culture to increase customer loyalty

Sheffield DM is a new bi-monthly digital marketing event in Sheffield. Our goal is to bring digital marketers of all experience levels, all skill sets and all interests together to share their knowledge and learn from others.

Following the tremendous success of our first meet up, we're super excited to announce that the second Sheffield DM event will feature Andy Naylor, Consumer Service Manager at Raleigh UK.

With a wealth of experience in all things customer related, Andy will be sharing his insight and methods, along with how he has driven long-term improvements in Raleigh's customer experience and customer loyalty in the ever-evolving digital world.
